The coffee and eating is great, but the manager is very unprofessional and tries to overload it.

Excellent location, fantastic staff, and the coffee is top-notch.

The focus here seems to be on pricy drinks. The quality of the drinks seems to vary depending on the staff member serving you. It feels like there is a different server every day. Most of the staff appear to be preoccupied and do not interact much with each other or the customers. They simply deliver the drinks and collect payment without much interaction.

I ordered a hot sugar-free mocha and it was delicious! However, the prices at this place are quite high. I've never spent so much on a coffee before.

Drinks are always good and the sandwiches are always made right. The ladies working there are friendly and get your order out quick.
