Agriturismo Casale Cangiano - ANAGNI

A short drive from Rome made me discover this surprising restaurant. In a lovely location, which has nothing to envy to the world known Tuscan landscapes, the friendly staff welcomed me in the warm and comfortable interior of the restaurant. During my order I got the first surprise: all served food are 0 km biological products, from vegetables to meat, everything is made just behind the restaurant (as a real Italian Agriturismo should be). The service was fast and led me quickly to the biggest surprise of the day: delicious courses based on Italian receipts revisited with style, highlighting the peculiarity of the great products used. I personally could enjoy smells and tastes which nowadays are, unfortunately, rare. I strongly recommend a visit to taste Italian culinary traditions!

In occasione del battesimo di mia figlia, abbiamo organizzato il banchetto in questa struttura. È molto bella, immersa nel verde con ampio spazio all’aperto. Il locale interno è molto curato e pulito. La maggior parte dei piatti è preparata con prodotti locali, quasi tutto a km zero. I nostri ospiti sono rimasti tutti piacevolmente colpiti. Tutto era delizioso, dall’antipasto al dolce. I prezzi sono super onesti. Un piccolo consiglio: migliorare un po’ il servizio, poiché c'erano alcune disattenzioni riguardo alla disponibilità di acqua e vino, che è stata l'unica nota negativa.

Family-run farm located in the countryside around anagni in excellent location, good starting point for excursions in the surroundings. local cuisine with angus meat from their farms not deprived of some happy point. recommended.

Clean and well-kept place, friendly and well-trained staff, but the thing that struck me most was the excellent cuisine and the care taken with the dishes. I recommend it wholeheartedly.
