VEGAN REVIEW! I visited this restaurant for a final dinner with my roommates, and I ordered the veggie platter while they chose different dishes. I must say, the service was exceptional! It's one of those hidden gem restaurants where you can feel the dedication and passion that goes into both the food and the service. The cashier took the time to explain the menu and share some tips on food etiquette. I believe it's a family-owned establishment, and the family members frequently check in on you and engage in pleasant conversation. It's definitely the kind of place where you end up making friends with the staff. I really hope I can return when I visit California again!

This cuisine pushed me out of my comfort zone, but I noticed it was gluten-free, so I just had to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised; the combination plate of vegetables and tibbs was fantastic. The injera that accompanies the meal is like a sourdough crepe, and it pairs perfectly with everything. Overall, it was a great experience!

What an incredible restaurant with a fantastic owner! The food was clearly prepared with love and attention to detail. Whenever I'm in the Anaheim area, I will definitely make a point to return. We ordered the veggie combo, shiro, and chicken tibs. Check out the photo!

Each order arrives on a tray with a type of flatbread known as injera, and they’re generous with extra injera to complement your meal. This is truly homemade cooking, and you can feel the care that goes into every dish. I highly recommend sampling a combination of meat and vegetables. It’s a family-owned restaurant, not a large chain that just reheats frozen meals. Everything is fresh and incredibly tasty! My kids absolutely loved it. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and the head chef even came over to our table to chat and ensure everything was perfect. Honestly, I can’t think of a single negative about our experience. If you enjoy discovering and trying new cuisines as we do, please take my recommendation seriously. You definitely WON’T regret it!

I really enjoyed this place; both the food and service provided a truly authentic experience. I'm not very familiar with Ethiopian cuisine to make comparisons, but I cleaned my plate and had a great time. I hope to return soon!
