The food was seriously overcooked, and I had to wait a substantial amount of time even after the order was marked as completed in the app.

The service is good, but the food often takes a long time to arrive. Additionally, the temperature and preparation quality can be inconsistent; sometimes it comes out hot, other times it's cold, and it may not be prepared correctly.

I had a delightful experience dining at BJ's on Friday afternoon. Hannah was incredibly helpful with the menu and brought a great sense of humor to the table. When I mentioned a minor concern about the meal I ordered, she addressed it with kindness. Thank you for a wonderful experience; we will definitely be back!

Never come back here. Worst service. Lousy food. Order beer came after half hour. Besides book on line took longer wait to seat. After all we order Pizookie and we found out that it's taking long because they burn the Pizookie. No curtesy from server about giving it for free for long wait.

Great phone order and pickup with Yousefs at BJs. The Hickory Brisket Bacon Burgers are awesome. Everything, including the Pazookie, packaged well and ready to go.
