Ordered a Superstar to go. Got home, opened the Superstar wrapper, took a bite, and realized there was only one patty. It was a Famous Star. Hardly worth the time and gas to go back, but I was hungry and wanted the extra protein. They were good about replacing it, but the guy making burgers only had one job and he couldn't get it right.
Soda machines are turned off refills have to be requested at the counter everything’s prioritizing the drive through so it seems like an extra effort.
I gave it high marks cause Ive never had issues here until today. lol. I don't know what went wrong but they gave me a plain patty with pickles on it. totally no what I ordered.
