Feedback gevenThe line was incredibly slow. The portion sizes were smaller compared to other locations. I also forgot my avocado... and ended up missing lunch. I saw that you tried, but unfortunately, I'll just be bringing my lunch for the rest of the week.
Maria exemplifies what a great manager should be—she is incredibly attentive and quick! I absolutely love this Waba for its excellent quality and outstanding customer service. It’s definitely my go-to spot for lunch!
The ladies working on Saturday night are truly the hardest working women in West Anaheim, California. Thank you for the best service I've ever experienced!
I like to come here very often because I live near this Waba, but today Michael was rude to me and when I told him he was rude, he kept asking new arrivals when he was rude to them. I'm not coming back here. ?
I have visited this location about 3 times. On one occasion, fruit flies were swarming all over the sauce dispensers and condiment containers. The most egregious issue was the cook not wearing a mask despite the posted sign stating masks were required beyond the counter. I appreciate the safety measures being attempted but was very discouraged and disgusted that the person actually cooking my food was not following them. I observed this on 2 visits.
