Feedback gevenThe restaurant had loud music playing and there were flies on most of the cookies in the display case. We waited for 3-4 minutes with four staff members behind the counter, but no one approached us or asked us anything. It was a disappointing experience.
I'm editing my review. When I said I was never coming back, well I got talked into it. The server went above and beyond to make our drinks and the effort was so very much appreciated. Friends tell me that there's been a change in staff and it's now a super-friendly, always-makes-it-right location. So please ignore the rest of this.First and last time coming here. Was overlooked by Megan for (exactly)10 minutes, then told off like a child for not speaking up. Then I got dirty looks and attitude when I asked for my coffees, which had been sitting there the whole time (mobile order), to be remade. Megan should not be working in customer service.
The coffee and tea we had were enjoyable. Despite the friendly staff, they appeared as though they had just rolled out of bed, literally. There was zero attention to presentation. The place was untidy, with dirty floors and tables. The restroom was the most disappointing part, with toilet paper strewn about, dirty toilets, and a strong odor, as if it hadn't been cleaned in a week. Overall, it was pretty poor. I didn't see any manager on site. I will likely opt to have coffee elsewhere the next time I am at Meadowlands.
The worst Starbucks. Full of flies and dirt. Your order will likely be missed and mistaken.
Starbucks is a fantastic spot to gather with friends over coffee. Whether you're in the mood for a simple cup of joe or a decadent mocha frappuccino topped with whipped cream and chocolate cookies, there's something for everyone's taste buds. I highly recommend it.
