Wendy's Restaurants Of Canada

When we entered the restaurant, there was a strong unpleasant odor. The service was slow and the baked potatoes we ordered on Wednesday were disappointing. When our order was finally called, the server seemed to be in a bad mood. The food was average as expected, but overall it was a negative experience.

Place on hey 2 in Ancaster should be closed. Two times there and the food was cold and old. Should close this place down and hurt your image. I'm not going to visit Wendy anymore. Quality is gone

If you were dining at Wendy's, you were in good hands. The restaurant was spotless and the service was quick.

The entire family is excited for a trip to Wendy's. Burgers, chicken, salads, fries, shakes... the options are endless. The quality is consistently good at every location.

The food itself is OK. It 's Wendy 's food and is pretty consistent. What is also consistent is the ridiculous amount of time it takes to go through the drive thru. There is literally, and I say this with confidence as I timed it, a two...to three minute wait for the employee to come on the speaker between every car. That means if there are 3 cars in front of you, expect at LEAST a 6 minute wait and then factor in the time it takes for the other cars to actually place their orders. Last time I went, I waited four minutes at the speaker after I was told I 'll be right with you . I gave up, drove across the parking lot to the Tim Horton 's and had my food in under two minutes. I refuse to go back just because of the frustratingly long wait. Not to mention, they always seem annoyed on the occasions that I do wait and I finally make it to the window. Just go elsewhere.
