Arby's - Anchorage

I waited over 30 minutes for my order, even though I was the only paying customer in the lobby. I had to repeatedly point out that items were missing after I received my order. After all that, when I got home, I discovered that none of our drinks had syrup in them. I guess we're all having Perrier tonight—what a disappointment!

The drive thru takes an extremely long time. With 3 cars ahead of us it takes 30 minutes. All the 5 star reviews look very fake and generic. Almost like the business is faking 5 star reviews.

Waited 20 minutes in the drive through and got wrong order. Lots of workers barely any customers

Just wasn't as good as it use to be. Was a little disappointed in the food and service altogether.

Arby's always has good food, the chicken tenders are crispy, the Fries are perfectly hot and crispy, the lemonade once mixed is amazing. It's a go to easy meal when I'm too lazy to make dinner.
