I absolutely adore the fresh pink decor. This place feels brand new! Everything is so fresh and impeccably clean! I really enjoyed the local art displayed here...

The best hot cocoa in town, paired with the friendliest staff! I also loved the adorable pink cup. I visited just before closing, but the service and cocoa were still exceptional.

I recently tried their coffee at Steam Point for the first time and I must say, I’m now a convert. I’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer for years, but I found their coffee to be better. The baristas are always welcoming and friendly, and they’re not hesitant to strike up conversations, which really enhances the overall experience. I highly recommend their coffee drinks, as well as their Red Bull beverages. The Mangorote Bull is particularly delicious!

If you're looking for a low to mid-temperature latte that tastes uneven and burnt, along with a curt and indifferent attitude from the staff, then this is the place for you. With so many great coffee spots around town, I'm not sure how this place manages to stay in business. I haven't heard of a single positive experience from anyone I know, nor have I had a pleasant visit myself at any of the Steam Dot locations in the Anchorage area. I gave it an extra star because their cheese cookie is tasty, but honestly, it just isn't worth it. Alaskans have high standards for coffee, and this place fails to meet them both in terms of product and service.
