Carl's Jr. - Anchorage

I had an amazing charbroiled bacon BBQ burger! It’s one of the best I’ve ever had at any fast food restaurant. The staff was also very kind and helpful!

Always worth the wait we got milkshakes the other night they were delicious and pick up a meal and split it between me and my honey everything was good one time I will say we ordered small fries and they were not hot or fresh but it’s not a dealbreaker the service is great. They are friendly and patient

I typically avoid Carl's Jr due to their past sexist advertising, but I decided to give it another chance this time because it fit conveniently into my schedule. One of the people I was with was really eager to try the Jurassic burger. I ended up ordering two Double Western Cheeseburgers, one Jurassic burger, one order of fries, and two onion rings. I have to say, they were fantastic! Maybe it was the timing—there weren't many customers—but I had no issues at all. The drive-thru was quick, and my order was accurate. When I got home, the burgers were still hot and juicy! The lettuce was crisp, the tomatoes fresh, and the buns were in great condition. The Western burgers were delicious and satisfying. The Jurassic burger, with its added slices of prime rib, definitely lived up to the hype, at least for our group. The fries were crispy, and although the breading on the onion rings isn’t my favorite, they were still tasty and not greasy. Overall, I was really satisfied with my experience and the food. I'm not usually a fast food person, but I’ll definitely keep the Abbott Rd Carl's Jr on my list of “good eats” as long as they steer clear of their previous sexist marketing!

I haven't visited a Carl's Jr. in quite a while since the one in Kenai closed in 2016. I was pleased to hear the staff speaking Tagalog (my fiancé is Filipino). Thank you for the wonderful experience!
