Chuck E Cheese's - Anchorage

Last time we went was a good experience,However this time they had about 7-8 party’s booked at once and my daughters birthday experience was terrible, rushed and no one enjoyed it, we couldn’t even make it to see Chuck E. Cheese because of how crowded it was. And had to sing our own birthday song.Highly disappointed with how much the party was for how terrible this experience was, it makes me no longer want to book hereMay I suggest to you guys not to book so many party’s at once ? ?‍?

My baby girl said she had her best birthday ever! It was a total blast, food was great and so was the customer service. SO much fun!Vegetarian options: Excellent salad bar!Parking: Well lit and very large parking lot.Kid-friendliness: My little girls had SO much fun.

I recently canceled my booking spot and I called and asked for a refund and they said all deposits are non-refundable. This is not posted on their website at all just to notify you, so y’all don’t get screwed like I did. If you have another option you wanted to do let’s say your child changed their minds and wanted to go somewhere else and you go to cancel it they’re not gonna give you their money back so I will never be booking with Chuck E. Cheese ever again and I will be telling all my friends About how they don’t post it on their website and they just take money from you.

Sure has changed when my children were tiny. I think the food needs to be better for what there charging ?

We had our own small birthday party tonight for our 4 year old, and let me tell ya, it was awesome. The staff was all awesome, especially the manager ladies, the pizza was fast and on point for the kids, salad bar was fresh. They treated us awesome and was totally impressed with how clean and friendly it was! Thanks CEC for a wonderful evening with our family and friends!Kid-friendliness: Chuck E was awesome to our kids, not creepy at all. Very engaged and courteous staff, especially tending to kids.
