Ash's exceptional service truly made our dining experience memorable. Her attentiveness, knowledge, and friendly demeanor were commendable, leaving us thoroughly impressed. Not only did Ash provide us with outstanding service, but the food at Applebee's also exceeded our expectations. The flavors were delicious, and the quality of the ingredients was evident in every bite. One particular dish that left an indelible impression on our taste buds was the Chicken Wonton Taco. The combination of tender chicken and delectable wonton shells resulted in a delightful fusion of flavors that we couldn't get enough of. Additionally, we thoroughly enjoyed the chicken bone-in wings at Applebee's. The succulent meat, perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection, showcased the restaurant's commitment to delivering consistently satisfying dishes. Overall, our experiences at Applebee's were nothing short of exceptional. Ash's impeccable service, combined with the consistently delicious food, made for memorable visits. We wholeheartedly recommend Applebee's to anyone seeking a delightful dining experience with excellent service. I loved the flavor of the ribs, and I highly recommend the burger and salad. However, the other meat dishes seem to be served from frozen, which can be disappointing. It might be a good idea to visit earlier in the day to enjoy fresher food, as later in the day it tends to be dried out. Overall, I still enjoy coming in for the fajitas.
We decided to go to Applebee's for dinner on Sunday. We started with an appetizer and drinks, both of which were quite nice. For our main courses, we ordered a bacon burger and a mushroom burger. About 20 minutes later, our burgers arrived, but there were issues. The bacon burger was served on potato bread instead of a bun, and the bun for the mushroom burger was charred black. The waitress explained that the kitchen had run out of brioche buns and substituted with regular bread. I expressed my frustration, pointing out that we should have been informed about the shortage before our meals were served. A man who appeared to be the manager came over but was not very pleasant and asked how he could help. I told him that if I wanted a sandwich, I would have ordered one, and that if we hadn't just ordered another drink, we would have left. I made it clear that we would not be returning. The waitress did her best, but she said the manager was only willing to discount our meal by $5.00, which felt insignificant. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and the kitchen and management really dropped the ball.
I've had great experiences at this restaurant, whether I'm dining alone or with others. The waitstaff, including the bartenders, are always helpful and attentive. Occasionally, they get a bit overwhelmed, but isn't that the case with many businesses? The staff apologizes and continues with their duties, and their interactions with customers really contribute to a memorable experience. The food is delicious, and the drinks are delightful—be sure to keep an eye out for their special cocktails!
If you ordered way ahead and you get there the sign says carside to go parking only 10 minute limit then why am I still sitting here over 20 mins waiting I went in and asked they said it’s not there yet we will let you know when it’s ready 45 mins later called they said you should of called when you got here we did and 20 mins later I went in so don’t even go there and when I got my food it was cold
