Feedback gevenWhen we pulled up to the coffee shop we immediately noticed the amount of wasps surrounding the window that kept entering the shop and trying to enter my window. I had taken my siblings there for the first time and they got an orange italian soda and the other got a kids hot chocolate. I ordered a 16 ounce vanilla breve and was extremely disappointed with the quality. The only way to describe the taste of it was that it tasted like nail polish remover. It was so disgusting. My siblings had no comments on the quality of their drinks and the the baristas were quite friendly but I can guarantee we will not be returning.
Super nice baristas, but I was pretty disappointed to see my breakfast croissant was microwaved inside of the plastic wrap. I know SOME plastic wrap is safe to use in the microwave, but it should only be used to cover dishes, not touching the actual food itself. I prefer my food without the extra toxins. I also didn’t get cream in my americano like I had asked. Other than those two things, I think it’s a great place, just needs a couple minor adjustments
I had a very awful experience here. I usually don’t like to write reviews unless I have a very impressionable time. The baristas here were rude and not knowledgeable about their drinks on their menu. They were unsanitary in the way that they made the drinks by not wearing any masks in a pandemic as well as not wiping down their stations or washing their hands. I definitely would not recommend going here for anything. Please support other local coffee huts that have better prices and customer service you can appreciate.
16oz americano…..that will be $3.50. What!?!? That is over priced. Better be really good. This taste bad. And my cup smells like mold. Steamy mold every time I take a drink of my nasty overpriced coffee.
I’ve had mixed results here. Sometimes the espresso is very good never great, I suspect an off brand roaster and sometimes it is merely better than terrible. Baristas can be alternatively very friendly, or very cold and almost annoyed that you showed up. Sometimes the drinks are pretty good, and other times, like today, you get a latte with no foam at all. Overall, it’s like a different coffee shop every time I go. One day it’s a two star with rough espresso and a poorly made drink by a disinterested barista, the next it’s a really good cup and a friendly barista. I’d like to move this rating up, because I hate to hurt them on their good days, but I suspect that management needs to invest a little bit more into training both in customer service and barista skills.
