Feedback gevenWe had a pretty unusual experience when we stopped in for breakfast. We discovered that the drive-thru was closed, and the new kiosk for ordering and picking up food felt a bit odd. We only noticed one employee, but we suspect there might have been another one in the back.
There’s no option to order at the counter; it’s all done through kiosks. What if you only have cash? I placed my order, and my food was ready in just about a minute, which felt a bit off. When I checked my meal, it was clearly old and barely warm. On the bright side, the staff was friendly and offered me some complimentary food when I inquired about it. However, they really should be more careful about serving quality meals.
I have four kids and often visit this drive-thru, but I've noticed that their food has been cold lately. Fast food should always be served hot, as even just warm food is unappetizing. Additionally, this is the second time that we've received spicy chicken nuggets in regular chicken nugget boxes. We unknowingly gave them to my toddler, and it left him in tears because his mouth was on fire. I’m really frustrated. I attempted to call and discuss this with the manager, but no one is answering the phone! It's hard to believe that businesses think it’s acceptable to ignore calls during their operating hours. What has happened to customer service?
How can you advertise your ice-cream. And every time you go to buy one they are not serving at that time. So you not only wasted a trip. But you are stuck in line waiting to get ice-cream somewhere else!
NEVER open on time, and ALWAYS closes early. Messes up online orders consistently.Drive thru was still closed an hour past advertised hours of operation (8/29/23)I recommend going anywhere else to eat anytime of the day
