Mcdonald's - Anchorage

The restaurant often forgets to include straws and sauces in the orders, and there's a chance they might mix up the orders as well. However, there are times when you receive more food than you actually ordered, which can be seen as a positive. Don't expect top-notch customer service since the staff may not be adequately compensated for their work. Most of the employees are college or high school students who may not be fully invested in their jobs, and I can't blame them for that, as it's not the best environment to work in. The quality of the food can be inconsistent; it's either fresh or not fresh at all. If you go around noon, you're more likely to get a fresher selection.

I'm beginning to wonder if the spicy McNuggets are even real. I've tried to order them multiple times, but I've been unsuccessful each time.

I cannot recommend this McDonald's to anyone in the Anchorage area. They consistently get my order wrong and aren't taking any action to resolve the issue. I specifically asked for the McCrispy, but they keep giving me the wrong meal. It's extremely frustrating. You've lost another customer. Good night.
