Ollin Tea Cafe - Anchorage

I have eaten several times from here and really enjoyed eating. I ordered a Thai package and a Boba-Tereo tea. the package had a simply ok taste and was really hard to eat as it was really saucy and fall everywhere. I didn't even want to put it in the togo container after I had taken a bite as there was a puddy sauce/water as a floor. the drink was really delicious as they always seem. I waited a little longer than her displayed waiting time window and had to call twice to get a presentation if my food would be ready; no one took the first time that I just showed on her website that they still have page or delivery only blocking. I don't want to order online because their website order is inconspicuous. Even if they don't want to dive, I'd like to go in and go to the counter to give a command. I think I'll skip the command from here until then.

I visited here while they refurbished their last and I must say that they are one of the nicest family businesses I know here! the owner was friendly and friendly as well as his son. I am a teen fanatic and loved the infinite species of tees (over 150 presented at their wall. I also enjoyed a delicious and tasteful breakfast burrito with a cinnamon latte. they also offered me a taste of their delicious smoothing. I need to try them or at least see one of the biggest tea displays in North America

As a door lock driver they have to call their app and wait in their car and they will bring the order to them. I called, they couldn't wait, but I waited. after 10 minutes I called again and they did not answer. So I entered the charge to see if my order was ready. the workers saw me and ignored me. I weighed it maybe they were busy waiting for a few minutes, I left the charge, and continue my app for all updates on the order I waited for. I had received zero updates from the last on my order and waited another 10 minutes before the call and review my order again. at which point they answered the phone and told me that my order had been ready for 10 minutes. they have terrible customer service completely unprofessional and no respect for their customer experience. if they don't take a door that will last, they will wait much longer than they need, in addition their food is poorer, I see that things they can use to do everything themselves if they wanted. simply do not order them now my customers eat is called because they were not able to inform me about my customers eat ready. I'm sorry that the customer who has to wait 30 minutes after eating is delivered to me to finally get their order. completely unprofessional

Always so delicious no matter what I order! The veggie breakfast burrito is a personal favorite, so savory!

Amazing food! I don't think there is a bad thing on the menu.
