Ramen House - Anchorage

Excellent flavors and terrific food! The 3. Miso Ramen was the perfect taste, the Extra Noodles complimented so nicely and the California Roll made a great appetizer. Thank you for the wonderful dinner.

I was really excited to try this place out, because I absolutely love ramen. I went with the 3. Miso Ramen, because thats a usually a pretty safe go to while trying somewhere new to you. Unfortunately it really lacked flavor, and there was 2 pretty gristly chunks of pork in it, and mostly a ton of just cabbage. However, it was a very large portion size, and I absolutely loved the Japanese Cream Soda Maybe it was just a bad day and Ill try again another time.

I was expecting a lot more flavor from the 11. Special Tonkotsu Ramen. It didnt seem to have the rich broth im used to tonkotsu having. California roll was solid. Ramen egg was one of the best flavored ramen eggs ive had and im glad i got extra.

Number 10. Spicy Miso Ramen was good. Ordered spice level 2 and that was spicy enough for me! They forget to substitute udon noodles $1.50) and the added egg for $1.50) is just half an egg. But I was still happy with the order.

Got the spicy miso ramen and left everything to be desired! Ordered extra eggs and they were just hard hard boiled eggs. The beef was gross and the broth was just salty. If you are looking for ramen I suggest Naruto, whiskey and ramen, or Kami ramen should be where you choose to go. This is half a step above cup of noodles
