Feedback gevenDuring our stay at the beautiful Luxor, we decided to take a chance and order pizza. As New Jersey residents, we were curious to see how it would compare to what we're used to. I must say, it was some of the best pizza we encountered in the area during our stay. The quality was excellent, the delivery was quick, and the delivery person was very polite and friendly. Best of all, you get an incredible amount of food for your money. If you're visiting with family and looking to stick to a budget, this place is a must-try!
My pizza was piping hot when it arrived! It had the best stuffed crust I've had in a long time—I could tell it was made with care. The toppings were evenly distributed and there was a generous amount; I even got half with just jalapeños as I requested. It was clearly good enough that I felt compelled to write this review. So, what are you waiting for? Just place your order!
Their pizzas are baked to perfection! I never expected to enjoy such a delicious vegetarian pizza late at night after my 5-hour flight to Anchorage.

To make matters worse, I had tipped the driver in advance, hoping that my note would receive proper attention, but it seems to have been disregarded. The driver’s actions disrupted the peaceful atmosphere at home and negatively impacted my overall experience with your restaurant. My disappointment stems from both the lack of communication and negligence in customer service, which is surprising for a business in the hospitality industry. I expect better attention to detail and more respect for customer instructions in future interactions. I hope you take this feedback seriously to prevent other customers from facing a similar inconvenience. Regarding the quality of your food, I have mixed feelings; unfortunately, my latest experience has led me to voice my dissatisfaction. The food has been acceptable in the past, but this time it made me feel ill—though I can’t be certain that the pizza was the cause. Additionally, I have ordered your cinnamon sticks several times with varying results; sometimes they are enjoyable, while other times they are not up to standard. The inconsistency in quality is concerning, and this time it was particularly frustrating as my cinnamon sticks arrived without frosting. While this may seem like a minor issue, it significantly impacted my overall dining experience. The missing frosting and inconsistent food quality highlight a concerning lack of attention to detail and quality control. These issues, combined with the unfortunate reaction I had to the food, have left me feeling deeply dissatisfied and hesitant to order again. I urge you to consider this feedback seriously, as maintaining consistent quality and fulfilling customer orders accurately are essential for any food establishment. Failing to do so not only risks customer dissatisfaction but may also lead to health concerns.
