Silk Restaurant Sushi Bar - Anchorage

It’s a pretty decent restaurant. I ordered the Hamachi, and I was pleasantly surprised by how fresh it was.

I had a very disappointing experience due to the terrible service. I waited for an hour and a half to receive my food. The server never came to our table to provide any updates and didn't explain the long wait, despite my repeatedly asking her to check on our order.

Service was terrible, and the sushi was just ok. Restaurant was pretty empty and still took forever to get a seat. Didn’t even get a napkin. A drink refill came when I was paying the check. The fish wasn’t fresh and my normal experience with tempura shrimp is that it’s not soggy (maybe came from a previous day). For $20 a roll I was disappointed. But at Ieast I didn’t get sick. Much better spots around town to grab some sushi.

Mongolian beef was tender and not too sweet. Definitely be back for more??
