Souper Bowl - Anchorage

Absolutely excellent! This was the best meal I've had during my visit to Alaska. It’s the only vegan option in the mall food court, and I enjoyed a delicious hot vegetable broth with my choice of noodles and tofu. Highly recommend!

I just arrived in Anchorage and was quite hungry, so I was searching for something quick and satisfying, which is exactly what I found. I tried their number one dish, the veggie noodle soup with tofu, and it was delicious. While I could have used a bit more vegetables, the flavor was excellent, and now I feel warm and full. It's not gourmet dining, but it's a fantastic choice if you're not looking to customize your order too much.

They offer a delicious veggie noodle soup bowl with tofu, along with three options for vegan spring rolls and three kinds of vegan sushi at a very affordable price. The broth in the soup is incredibly flavorful. I enjoyed the veggie soup here regularly, even before becoming vegan. The spring rolls were fantastic as well. I haven't tried the sushi yet.

Definitely the best bet in the mall. Although I only ordered a side of tofu (to supplement a meal bought elsewhere), the server offered to include the veg broth, and it was all tasty. Everything on the menu looked great, and I wished I ate a full meal from here instead of from elsewhere. I chose another place to be able to order brown rice, but I wish I had ordered the soup with rice noodles from Souper Bowl. If I have to go back to the mall, I will definitely eat at Souper Bowl and be very happy.

As per the other reviews I was pleasantly surprised that the food so fresh and healthy. Being a vegan I was slightly skeptical about food court food but I was wrong. The food is great! The vegan sushi and spring rolls are top notch. They are as good as what you'd find at a fancy restaurant.
