Subway - Anchorage

The woman working there knew exactly how to make a great sandwich. She was very friendly and had a positive attitude.

The lady at the front desk was on the phone, causing me to wait for about 5 minutes.

I love Subway and visit at least twice a week for their Cold Cut Combo. I usually go to the one in Eagle River since that's where I live, but during a recent trip to Anchorage for a Target run, I decided to grab a sandwich. I'm not sure if this is typical, but Raven should not be making sandwiches—at least not without proper training. I asked for salt, pepper, and oregano, but ended up with an overwhelming amount of each. It was so overpowering that I couldn't even eat it. I don't know who taught her, but I won't be returning to this location. I should have just waited until I got home!

I walked in there, picked out my bread and cheese and meat, just for them to tell me they don’t have any type of lettuce and basically all dressings are gone? Ima need someone in there to fix this place. I walked out! Horrible service

Yesterday afternoon the lady behind the counter stated she and her coworker had to make an online order of 9 sandwiches before helping the 3 people inside the store.
