Feedback gevenThe food was delicious and the prices were reasonable, but unfortunately, the service was quite slow and my order was incorrect. I ordered six burritos, but I only received three, and those were not even burritos. It seems the staff needs more training, as there seems to be a lack of organization. Due to the consistent errors with my orders, I won't be returning.
The lobby was closed for lunch with no sign to inform customers. The app didn’t provide any updates, causing those who ordered ahead for pickup to have to drive back and wait in the long, slow drive-thru line. I ordered a Burrito Supreme without the extra toppings, but they added them anyway.
Eating is always good, but sometimes in consistency in presentation and ingredients. I was never dissatisfied, but the reason I gave you 4, not 5, stared. her drive-thru was always fast, polite, precise money handling and the bag always right: correct order, 1-2 serviettes, a spork and a stroh. good work, 5. ave taco bell!
My experience at the restaurant was disappointing. The register was down when I tried to place my order, and my food was prepared incorrectly. The chips tasted awful, almost like they were moldy. We decided to move on and try a different batch, but those were just as bad. They tasted off, and it seemed like they had been poorly prepared. We didn't get a refund from the register, so overall, I'm really unhappy with my visit.
Love crunch wraps ,they make it the way you want it. Only drive through we did or Uber Eats, suggest getting it yourself as it takes a long time to get it from auber eats and usually cold.
