Tatu Bbq Ak - Anchorage

I am a professional rib taster from the El Paso area, I can safely say that these ribs are the best I have ever eaten in Alaska. I will be flying to Anchorage frequently to taste these succulent and tasty ribs again. YUM.

Oh my heavens, good heavens, I have been searching Anchorage for all these years for this kind of GREAT BBQ . tasty, well cooked lots lots of meat on those racks. I HIGHLY recommend, if you want a great meal that will fill youbup!!

I really enjoy making ribs at home and have tried them at many of the top restaurants in the city. While I'm not an expert, I can confidently say that these were the best ribs I've ever had. Tatu BBQ doesn't disguise itself behind thick BBQ sauce like many other places do, drowning the meat in it. The ribs I had from Tatu showcased a beautiful black bark and stunning smoke rings that were evident when I pulled them apart. They were incredibly tender, practically melting in my mouth, yet they still had a great bite and texture. I’m likely not going to order ribs anywhere else, as I want to avoid disappointment; I’ve found my new go-to spot for ribs. On top of everything, it’s clear that there is a deep passion for food here, which is essential, but more importantly, there’s a genuine care for the people they serve. My wife and I will definitely be back. Thank you!
