I tried the American Pie and the Canadian Bacon egg biscuits, both of which were really delicious. The biscuits were firm yet tender and had a great flavor. The pie had the perfect level of sweetness. The coffee was excellent, and they had cream and sugar available at the door for your convenience.
Decided to have breakfast last minute. I chose the Louisiana sausage biscuit, which is loaded with gravity and meat. Pretty tasty, but can be an overkill on sodium supply. Cookies are prefabricated for the day, it seems that you can sometimes find them sitting on the counter. I also decided to get jelly cookies to balance the ivory with something sweet. They have seats in the hall of the Plaza, which is somehow small but feasible. I'd at least try her. It could swim your boat.
Woman owned business that is killing it. You walk in and order your drinks and biscuits in a small shop then they bring your food out to you either to go or inside the hall behind it that has tables. It would be awesome if they can get their own space but the food is just so comforting. We got a selection of drinks including a London fog and all types of biscuits. The three woman behind the counter are moving constantly but manage to keep wait times pretty low after you order. Expect to wait a little to order (15 min). You'll have to stand in line but it will be worth it!
The entrance to the restaurant is at the back of the building, facing the port. You can either park on the street and walk over or pay for parking in the large lot. The decor is vibrant and eclectic. You place your order at the counter and bring it to your table. The service was quick and efficient. My dish was good, but it was a bit dry because there wasn't enough sauce. The hot chocolate lacked any chocolaty flavor. However, the meals that my companions ordered looked quite good.
A hidden gem in Anchorage that's definitely worth the search. The entrance is tucked away on Third Street, behind a large blue building. Inside, the café is vibrant and artistic, featuring colorful tables and decorations that extend into the connecting hallway, providing ample seating. The menu is diverse and delectable, with each dish made from fresh ingredients and a perfect blend of spices and familiar tastes. Highly recommended!
