This is the worst Wendy's and fast food restaurant I've ever visited. The staff is unkempt and very unprofessional. They swear like sailors in front of customers, which is incredibly inappropriate.

The manager, Julie, clearly didn't seem to want to be at work. She hurried us to place our order and repeatedly mentioned the total price, even when we weren't finished ordering. Her responses to our questions came with a frustrating attitude, and she was particularly curt at the window. To make matters worse, she abandoned us in the middle of our order to attend to something else. I've always received good service at this restaurant, but tonight I was very disappointed with her. I was surprised to learn that she is a manager! Overall, I’m not satisfied and would rate her customer service a zero!

I once waited over an hour in the drive-thru at In-N-Out Burger, and it was worth it—I’d do it again. However, this place isn't even worth a short wait. You'll likely have a poor experience with the staff, and the food has really declined in quality.
