Chick-fil-a - Anderson

I've always been a fan of this restaurant. The food is flavorful and consistently fresh. Even when there's a long line, I've never waited more than 10 minutes from ordering to receiving my food. The service is exceptional, with staff members always smiling and speaking with enthusiasm. This is my go-to spot for a worry-free meal every time. Thank you for brightening my day with your excellent service.

This Chick-fil-A location consistently falls short of our expectations compared to other locations we have visited. We always encounter issues such as cold, stale fries or missing items. During our last visit, I realized that a large soup was missing from my order. I contacted the restaurant to address the problem, and the staff member I spoke with was polite and assured me that the workers would receive additional training. Additionally, the missing item was promptly resolved through the app, which we appreciated. It's disappointing that we have to travel uptown to have confidence in our future Chick-fil-A orders when this location is just minutes away from home.

The food at this restaurant is fantastic, but one of the staff members is overly friendly and constantly interrupts our meal to check on us or clear our trays. It becomes distracting and makes me hesitant to return because it's so bothersome. It's difficult to enjoy the meal when constantly being interrupted.

1st time experiencing Chick-fila-A. Have to say it was very delicious.

With the amount of customers these young individuals serve each day, I? M impressed with their efficiency and quality of service! They are in all elements, and deserve every penny they are paid and then some! Pay the kids! Great service !
