So far enjoyed all the food they have there, the cinnamon rolls and brownies are Dynamite.. The Conzones not sure if I'm saying that right are great and there's enough to feed two people in the Box. Looking forward to the next visit.
What can I say I love Schlotzsky's, but this wasn't our best experience. My wife started out the order by asking if they had the dark rye bread and after some confusion and clarification in ordering the pastrami reuben (not turkey or corned beef reuben), forgot to ask for dark rye bread. The picture on the menu showed sourdough bread, so we can't fault the counter attendant. But come on, who puts a reuben on anything other than rye bread? I suggest that Schlotzsky's not open a store in New York City. The ingredients of both our sandwiches were not evenly distributed across the bun and my wife's reuben needed more sauerkraut. It seems like when you get outside of Texas, Schlotzsky's is not quite as good, but this was less satisfying than usual. Hope you have better luck.
Veggie pizza Turkey club was very tasteful and hot. My sweet tea had a metalic flavor, wasn 't true southern sweet! That medium tea was $2.59, if it were drinkable the price pain would not hurt as bad. Not to mention I had lean around a ladder 2 buckets to get ice from dispencer.
Stopped at the drive through today for what I thought was going be a good experience. I ordered a chicken Ceasar salad and proceeded to the window to pay. When I got to the window, the worker told me that they didn't have any dressing for the salad. I asked him what other dressing they had to which I selected thousand island. Waited and subsequently paid $12 for a what amounted to a bowl consisting of only lettuce and two side cups of thousand island dressing. What a rip off!! I work in Anderson and I WILL NOT be returning to this establishment.
