Feedback gevenI ordered two subway sandwiches today, and I'm quite disappointed with one of them. The bread was tough, and there was hardly any meat in it. Overall, it was a letdown. Not worth the price they charge.
The staff seemed a bit unprofessional. While I don't mind coworkers chatting amongst themselves, discussing random topics while preparing a sandwich felt a bit disrespectful. Additionally, I was surprised to see an employee, especially a manager, wearing jeans with holes in them.
I don’t like to complain because everyone has a bad day but this I had too so it’s about 1034 in morning I said I hadn’t had a subway sandwich in a long time I’m going to stop and get me one! I pull up and one employee was smoking cigarettes outside the front and said I pray she washed her hands when she came in but the second employee disgusted me! First I was never greeted but I walk in and she was eating food I see her licking her fingers her bare hands and she seemed startled that I caught her! She proceeds to rinse her hands off with water and grab a paper towel I said your not going to use soap she then rolled her eyes and put soap on her hands I said never mind I’m going to jersey mikes and left went to Jersey Mikes was greeted with a friendly hello and the workers had gloves on ! Subway need to get it together
Terrible customer service, unapologetic about completely canceling my online order, because the toaster was down. Instead of notifying and seeing if I would still like them. They just canceled the order which I had to figure out, by going to track my order. I then called and they said I would have to put in my order all over again, when I made a complaint the lady sat there with no response, so I just hung up. I love subway but I won't be ordering from this one again. Never reordered either, it wasn't worth it.
This has been my go to subway for years. I have one closer to my house but bypass for this one. This past Monday evening the employee, a female that appeared to be high on something was yelling and complaining to the customers. Saying she was quitting at 8. She couldn’t even cut the subs evenly. A couple came in behind me w a order of 8 subs. She said that wasn’t possible and they should leave. She also asked them to lock the door behind them when they left!!!???She was sighing and not sanitary over the food. We left. What a shame. I know finding iemployees is tough, but so better Subway.
