The basic side dishes are onion pickles, seokbakji, and pickled kimchi seasoned with pestle leaves (peeling powder) It is delicious even if you take red pepper powder and minced garlic separately and put them in the soup. Okya Sikdang's Seonji Gukbap is more like Ugeogi Beef Gukbap than spicy Haejangguk I don't know if it's because I went with high expectations, but it tasted just so-so for my taste. I was a bit disappointed, maybe because I had high expectations. It tastes more like Gyeongsang-do beef soup than Haejangguk.
