L'orri - Andorra

We stopped in for a cappuccino while looking for the hotel. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service.

The service at this restaurant was bad, it was slow and they mixed up orders, bringing us the wrong pizza. They did not pay attention to the needs of our children, such as providing extra plates. The portion size of the chicken nuggets labeled for sharing was very small, with no sides included, making it suitable for only one person at most.

The restaurant has a good location and a busy terrace, but don't expect to be served if you try to sit inside to escape the cold. The staff is dismissive and the service is poor. There are much better dining options in Andorra La Vella, so I cannot recommend this restaurant.

Popular place; but the standard is very much “fast food”, freezer fare lots of deep fried. Very smoky, large terrace; we asked to be moved further away from the road as it was so noisy; not sure which was better, the traffic noise or the bedlam from the rowdy, smoking, customers . Could have moved indoors to the cafeteria-style interior….at least it wouldn’t have been so smoky.

Took 45 minutes to get my food cause the server forgot it and the sides I ordered was the wrong one, burnt bread, bad service
