Chili's Grill - Andover

This restaurant offers a pleasant ambiance and a diverse menu. The service was excellent, and the waiter was very friendly. Our food arrived promptly, and some soft drinks came with free refills.

Honestly, this is the worst Chili's I have ever been to. All the soups and drinks were watered down, and I found some strange things in my entrée and soup. It was absolutely terrible and disgusting; I felt genuinely ill after dining here. The entire experience was chaotic, with the waitress seemingly unsure of how to take our order. I wouldn't recommend this location. Look for another Chili's and spare yourself the trouble. There are definitely better options out there, believe me.

I visit this restaurant often since Chili's is a family favorite and this location is the most convenient for us. Unfortunately, the experience tends to vary. Sometimes we receive excellent service, but most of the time it's just average. The food is hit or miss as well; it can be either quite good or notably poor. I've also had a few instances of receiving undercooked chicken. If there were other Chili's locations nearby, I would likely choose to go to one of those instead.
