Dunkin' - Andover

Best tasting dunkin coffee not as weak as other dunkins . But don't show up 5 mins before opening I didn't expect to get help till 5 but 455 Faith did help but was the rudest and should have made me wait now my mood is set for the day also.

The food was great as always but the customer service was awful, I probably will not go back to this location.

Rude manager/shift leader (older lady) charged me 2.55 for a small cup of hot water cuz I’m sick… I’d expect maybe a 1$ charge and then she’s rude to me about it. “I don’t make the rules” with a scowl like I did something wrong. Worst location aroundAnd they mess up orders regularly but that’s not why i wrote this.

I ordered the bacon, Avacado and tomato sandwich. It was disgusting! All the Bacon was Raw, and instead of a regular tomato (which is shown on their order board), it had Sun Dried Tomatoes on it! Disgusting, who serves Raw Bacon????

Was there on Thursday afternoon, the employees were great, friendly professional. Food was served in a timely manner.This DD is much better than the rt 206 Newton nj location .
