Perfecto's Caffe - Andover

I have been a customer at this restaurant for years, but lately I have received several orders with mistakes, including missing items on sandwiches. Today, we were missing an entire sandwich and bacon on another breakfast sandwich. When I called to try and resolve this issue, the manager was unavailable and unwilling to make things right for us. It's disappointing because we used to enjoy this local breakfast sandwich shop, but we will not be returning after this experience.

This coffee and pastry shop is excellent. I visited to get some work done and grab a bite to eat, and I was not disappointed. The minimalistic design both outside and inside is appealing. There is a parking lot as well as street parking available. The pre-made jug of iced tea was a little too strongly brewed for my taste, but still convenient. The bagel was delicious, especially with cream cheese. The pricing, service, and easy WiFi connection made for a fantastic experience.

I was pleasantly surprised to discover that their wraps are actually footlongs! The New York Crumb Cake was unbelievably delicious. However, I do wish that there was less lettuce in the wrap.

Been going here for 12 years. Food is good. Atmosphere is unwelcoming, covid changed everything. Staff did not acknowledge us for a good 5 minutes and no one was in front of us. Talking amongst each other.

Mother’s Day, online order said ready in 10 minutes. Showed up 15 min later only to wait an extra 1/2 an hour in the store while my wife and baby sat in the car. They said 10 min, but I got my order 45 min later, no exaggeration. Ruined our breakfast for Mother’s Day. I told them politely about my order 3 times (2 of the 3 times it was an employee asking me; I did not pester them). When they finally decided to make it, there was no priority over anyone in-store. The in-store line turned over multiple times as I patiently stood there. Manager never acknowledged it and there was not so much as a simple “sorry” when it really should have been refunded. If you can’t handle the volume…don’t open up online ordering too when you can barely keep up with the in-store line. Inept… microwaved breakfasts.
