Pizza Joe's - Andover

HOURS ARE A JOKE!!! I called at 9 PM and informed them that I would call back in a few minutes. When I called back just 5 minutes later, nobody picked up the phone. I finally reached someone at 9:25 PM, and they told me they were closed, even though their website states they close at 10 PM. My husband’s friend went to the restaurant, and when the young kids saw him, they refused to answer the door. Very rude service. Meal type: Dinner. Price per person: $10–20. Service rating: 1.

I find it quite amusing that the website states the restaurant closes at 10 PM. When we arrived at 9:15 PM, we encountered a group of young employees inside who were running around. We attempted to enter, but they yelled at us, saying they weren't taking orders. We were just visiting from out of town and camping in the area. I'm not sure who manages this place, but I would certainly consider making some changes. It's truly disappointing. Either update your website or train your staff to manage their time better and treat customers with respect. If I could give 0 stars, I would, since this Pizza Joe's doesn't even deserve a single star. Shame on the management! Service: 1
