Dickey 's responded to my review quickly and offered me a make up meal. They requested my information and I sent it to them over a month ago. No response. This past weekend called the store and left a message for the manager and sent feedback via the Dickey 's official website. I got a response the same day from the manager of the Andrew 's, TX location. He was courteous and very apologetic. He did not know how my feedback fell through the cracks but asked me to come in for a complimentary meal and gift card to try them again. I decided to go in today to take up on Dickey 's offer. Ordered the same exact meal as last time: 2 Meat Plate (Chopped Brisket Spicy Sausage, Roll, Mac Cheese Potato Casserole) Apple Cobbler Large Diet Coke light Ice The chopped brisket was a tad dry but still good. Would 've liked a little bit more grease on it. Sausage was excellent as was the roll. Noticed there was no pickles or onion with the meats..guess the forgot to add it to the meal. The sides were perfect I spiced them up with some chili powder from home. The Apple Cobbler was perfect.. .exactly what you expect. This meal was definitely an improvement from last time. Only feedback I have: Brisket was a tad dry, perhaps a little more grease/fat not too much No onion or pickles came with the meat Everything else was pretty dang good!! Hit the spot.

High-priced, fatty brisket when paid extra for lean, watched order in front receive a lot more meat then us.
