J3 Koket - Aneby

We visited the NORELL people and were impressed by their good fortune in having such talented chefs in Aneby. The cuisine was excellent.

We stopped at a restaurant between Stockholm and Växjö for lunch and found the experience to be quite inconsistent. The goulash we ordered was barely warm and just okay, while the fish stew in the buffet looked unappetizing. We noticed that the local kebab shops were bustling, and we probably would have been more satisfied there.

The lunch was very enjoyable. There was a wide variety of meat selections, a well-stocked buffet, and delicious drinks. However, the restaurant was often crowded with many patrons, leading to occasional waiting for a table. Despite this, the food was excellent.
