Pizza Hut Nepo Mall - Angeles

The staff is wonderful, and the food quality is excellent.

This is a fantastic spot for pizza lovers. It's very affordable too! Their location is inside Nepomall, right on the ground floor next to the National Bookstore.

I ordered the Chicken Ala King, iced tea, and cream of mushroom soup. Unfortunately, the rice was overcooked and too soft. The soup tasted more like buttered margarine than cream of mushroom, which was disappointing. I also didn’t enjoy the iced tea; it had an unusual bitter sting and a strong sharpness that didn’t sit well with me. I only took a few sips to cleanse my palate. On a positive note, the customer service was excellent. The staff were always smiling and ready to assist, so great job in that department! You just need to improve the cooking.

Never had amazing experience here. : food serving always takes time. Even simplest orders or take outs. : hope they will imrove their services. The store is a good spot, but you see more people eating in the competitor. Must improve their light fixtures too as the place still looks dark even after several renovations.

Pizza was okay. Chicken Alfredo was good. Told me they are out of stock of every drink but iced tea. 10 minutes later served another guest the drink I originally ordered. Iced Tea tasted bad. Asked the waiter if he's tasted it before, he said no. Then asked if anyone has tasted it today. Still no. Didn't bother to replace it with something else and still charged me for it.
