Feedback gevenExcellent idea to offer a method, a 10th century dish, offers in very satisfying drinks, idem glass wines, professional house, availability for service. A little regret, however, according to me, Very light for a lunch, 1/5 slice of ham, two spoonfuls of mogettes, as a resistance dish, for a great eater even knowing at reason. Excellent dessert.
Place and warm welcome. Local and excellent cuisine. A la carte des fouées aux garnitures divers de quoi please au plus large nombre ! Smaller for desserts and especially the Bavarian mousse at the Cointreau to finish on a note of lightness.
Friendly address in Angers and ideal if you want to discover the swepts, a local specialty. The owners are extremely nice, and have taken pleasure and time to detail the map.

We went there to test the fools (among others) and we ate them. The owner gave us a good explanation of their different formulas of the noon and we left for rillauds, gifts and cremets of Anjou. Everything was great! Good service, and we left the stomach well filled. It is a good place to test gastronomic specialities of Anjou.
