Mcdonald's - Angleton

My wife waited and watched 3 Female employees walked out of R.R. without washing their hands ! Employees cursing, playing around and playing on their phones while people waited for their food. The only people actually working and not playing on their phones were the people cleaning !!!! Horrible staff atmosphere !!! But hey the floors and tables were clean....

How is it even possible not to get 1 thing we ordered right? I mean the odds of that are incredible! The coffee and drinks are right. But still.

This place is usually a hit or miss when it comes to how long the wait is. Well today, there was a line. After waiting for so long, I finally get home and the chicken sandwich I ordered was burnt! You can smell the burnt smell from the bag. Like seriously who thinks this is edible?? I live at least 15 minutes outside city limits from this location, so it was not worth going back to show them the food they decided to give me.

Ordered curbside, waited 15 minutes and 10-12 cars went through drive thru in the same time. Walked inside to get order. Food ended up being cold.

Had to wait for couple of minutes for my onlinr order. Busy hour.
