Feedback gevenOrder two sweet and spicy burgers and chilly cheese fries . Got back home and no chili cheese fries call them and told them and I went back to get the chili cheese fries and then told me no chili. Also there was a hair in one of the drinks. That is thesecond time I?ve had trouble there I won?t be back.
Great food, good service. Their grilled chicken sandwich competes with their burgers for best item to order, wait i forgot the chicken strips. Too much to choose!
After waiting 40 minutes for 3 chicken tender meal, I asked the cashier for a refund. After waiting another 10 minutes for her to figure out how to issue a refund, my chicken tenders came out, missing the gravy I paid for. Every employee at this locationis either high, or has the mental acuity of a lobster.
Went to the drive-thru and had to wait about 30 minutes for our food at 3pm on a Wednesday. The food we got wasn't worth the wait. The cheese on our burgers wasn't even melted and the fries weren't fresh so I'm not sure why it took us so long to get ourfood. Giving 3 stars because our orders were at least correct and the employee working the drive-thru was friendly.
Waited almost 30 minutes for food and it was cold when it arrived. The attitude of the employees was horrible. Other customers were also complaining. Unless changes are made at this location, I will not spend anymore of my money there. Something drasticmust be done to bring this location up to the Whataburger standards I have grown accustomed to. Harmon Dobson would not be happywith the quality of the product coming out of this location. The whole staff needs to be retrained.
