Food was great. Service was awful. Would not recommend

Having eaten at Celeste several times, we wanted to try the more casual bar restaurant in the hotel. The staff seemed dumbfounded that we had reservations, however we’re gracious in allowing us to settled in on the outdoor patio. We were very easy going, however the entire experience was very disjointed: drinks took twenty minutes to arrive, the waitress didn’t return for thirty minutes to take our order and bizarrely our dessert arrived before our entrees. We love Malliouhana, but will likely stick with Celeste going forward.

Ate lunch at Bar Soleil in April. We are staying at Tranquility so it’s a short walk over the hotel grounds are spectacular and so beautiful. The service in the restaurant was very slow and there was only one other table? The staff also seems unhappy unlike many places we’ve been to on the island the staff here seems depressed to be there. The music wasn’t working it was turn off and on… so that was annoying. Our food was okay it was the most expensive lunch we had and definitely not my favorite coming in at $250! I had reservations at Celeste for later in the week but we canceled after this lunch. Beautiful to look at good drinks but service and food are not up to the standards of a 5star hotel

Beautiful experience all around. Fresh light fair food. Beautiful sunset. Attentive staff. Would definitely recommend for light dinner or lunch.
