Shakti Continental - Angul

Shakti Continental hotel is rated as 4 star with high quality infrastructure but sorry to say that the front desk executive behaviour is so bad which is feels me unhappy. I have visited many hotels accross India and stayed in all types hotel but never faced this type of treatment from 4 star Shakti Continental hotel. Due to some transaction restrictions adavance payment was not successful, I requested to check in for refresh but they denied. For that reason they stand me there 30-35 minutes in reception area. Totally bad feelings towards Shakti Continental. I came here with high expectations but big hotel with rough treatment. Rooms: Good Nearby activities: Nothing Safety: Very bad Food drinks: Good

Positive reviews are fake reviews. The hotel lacks simple standards of efficiency. No early check in. Extra bottle is chargeable Food bad quality And mostly peddled fake reviews to make it a 4 star hotel when in fact its not good enough for a 2 star lodge, in terms of customer service Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1
