ZIBO! Anjou

I have been to Zibo in Galeries D'anjou twice. The first time was on December 31, 2016. The service was amazing and the food was good. I decided to go back with friends in the month of March, 2017.Unfortunately, this time around, the food lacked in taste and consistency. I was kind of embarrassed because I told my friends that the food was good and unfortunately they were really disappointed in the quality and taste of the food. I ordered the chicken sandwich and found it very dry. It was suppose to have guacamole in it, but it looked like the guacamole was sparsely rubbed into the bread. Needless to say, my friends said they would never return. I myself, am on the fence. The first time it was really good and the second time, it left a lot to be desired. But, I may give it one more try and hope that I will enjoy it.

I've been a few times in this restaurant and the experience was so good that I decided to purchase a gift certificate for a friend; I went to the Anjou location to get it, but there was a problem with the system and the certificate could not be issue, so after several intents and waiting for about 1 hour, trying also to get it mailed or issued in any other way since I was already late to meet my friend and didn't want to show up with my hands empties, the general manager or owner just told to the attendant that nothing could be done. I'm pretty sure the owner or general manager who was on the phone, was aware of the time I wasted waiting and he just did not care about it, so I wrote a comment in their website and I didn't even get an apology. In conclusion the restaurant is good, but their web support sucks!

I had a great experience at this restaurant with excellent service. However, I regret choosing the wrong dish (veal, lime and beurre blanc) as it did not meet my expectations.

My son, who was turning six, wanted to go to a restaurant where he could enjoy a delicious, large burger and a tasty dessert for his birthday. Since we were in the area, we decided to indulge his request.

Went for lunch and the service was fast. The staff were very courteous. The food was good and the portions were just right. English was no problem here as all staff spoken to were bilingual
