Feedback gevenI consistently receive poor service here. My order is always incorrect. This time, when I returned the sandwich and expected an apology and effort to correct the mistake, I was instead told that I was at fault for not ordering properly. I explained to the manager that this situation could have been avoided if the worker at the drive-thru had repeated my order back to me, but apparently, that was asking too much.
We have ordered from this restaurant a few times now, and on both occasions, it has taken over an hour to receive our order. Currently, we have been waiting for 1.5 hours for our current order. We called after an hour and were told that the driver had already left the restaurant 20 minutes before our call and should be arriving any minute. When the restaurant is busy, guests should be informed instead of waiting for their orders. It seems like this is a recurring issue that needs to be resolved based on other reviews we have read. We are just hoping to eat before dinner time. Update: we finally received our order, but one of the dishes we ordered was missing and a sandwich was missing the extra bacon that we paid an additional $2 for.
I ordered from this place two times this week, today one of them. I'm just waiting for an hour to deliver my sandwich and chips to my workstation. the last time I had ordered, it took about the same time so I thought I would give this place another shot. not everyone has free time to eat only their food whenever. disappointed.
I ordered my order tonight at 8:21pm and I received my order by 8:30pm. You guys really are freaky fast!!
Been here 4 times and 0-4 on getting a single order correct. Simple instructions or clarifying anything are a huge challenge at this location. Last time I ever use them
