Lucky Bamboo Asian Cuisine - Ankeny

Well above average take out with a lunch special that is a great value. I was pleased with the speed of service, freshness of egg roll and Rangoon, and fruitiness of sweet and sour sauce. The general tso's could have been much spicier. The fried rice could of had some veggies in it. The corn/chicken/egg soup was a bit bland. Overall good though!

Far and away the best Chinese food in Ankeny. Their Mongolian is the best in Des Moines. Great prices and good size portions. Only concern is its cash or check only. 5.0 rating

Stopping through town. Service was extremely fast and friendly. Food was fresh. My son loved his sesame chicken. Prices are cheap for portion size. As others mentioned not a ton of spice. That being said I would definitely go back.

The reason why this place has 90% approval rating is the food! Best chinese in Ankeny! Try the House Pho. Spice it up. Killer taste.

My go to. Fast service, fair prices, friendly service. What more could you want? As everyone else talks about, they only take cash but well worth it! Beef and pea pods is very good.
