Pizza Hut Express - Ankeny

This has to be the worst Pizza Hut ever. The Target Pizza Hut pizzas are way better and that’s saying a lot. We ordered breadsticks and they were not only soggy, but wet?!? Pizza came long after the predicted time from your website. The pan pizza was cold and not crispy and the stuffed crust was also lukewarm and over cooked. I love Pizza Hut but we’ve never had a good experience in Ankeny. After a few years we decided to give it another chance and it was still nasty!

So I guess I should have read the reviews first, so after ordering the email said 5:15 delivery well it's 6:00 and no pizza yet, called them at 5:40 and employee was absolutely worthless, she first couldn't find my order then asked for the last for digits of my social security number...what the hell, then she says I mean phone number....wow, I think your pizza is out for delivery she tells me, asked to speak to the manager, after a couple of minutes she comes back on the phone and says he can't talk because they only have 2 people working in the kitchen and he is one of them !!! As I write this ..... still waiting...6:05... what a joke...never again.

I am waiting for my $35 refund! The manager at this Pizza Hut has poor communication skills and is unhelpful.

Permanently closed due to a transition to Target, but they will still take your online orders and payment!

The broth sticks were slightly overdone, and we didn't receive a marinara sauce with our cheesy bites pizza.
