Ann Arbor Comedy Showcase

We've visited the comedy Showcase many times, but we had an exceptional experience this past time. The manager Chris went above and beyond to make the evening perfect for us after some unforseen circumstances. Can't say enough good things about him or the establishment. We will MOST DEFINITELY be back!

Wow! My partner and I had a FANTASTIC time at the Ann Arbor Comedy Showcase last night. It was to celebrate his birthday and it couldn 't have been better! I agreed with his assessment that it was truly an EXCELLLENT showChristopher at the box office is a JEWEL. He has a terrific, engaging personality and is a perfect person to be your first contact at the box office by phone AND in person. He made sure we had PERFECT seats to see the show on the rail.HOSPITALITY was wonderful from the friendly greeter who seated us to our AMAZING server, Adeline, who was the most ATTENTIVE server I 've ever experienced at the club. She needs to start a school for how to take care of people. Thank you Adeline.The line up of acts to introduce the main act were FUNNY, ENGAGING, and ON POINT, keeping the flow of the show moving at just the right pace. Thank you!The main act was personable and HILARIOUS!All in all we had a GREAT time. We will definitely go back, but the icing on the cake was that we won FREE TICKETS to the next show of our choice. Another great perk for the audience when they complete and turn in a comments card taken by the server.Loved it all!ANN ARBOR COMEDY CLUB, YOU ROCK!

I have been lucky enough to get on stage during open mic and it was fun and hearing some of the other comedians was hilarious, definitely recommend!

This place is huge for me, this was the first place I went and saw stand up for the first time inside a comedy club. Went for a date and saw one of my favorite comedians Matt Braunger. Later got to see Geoff Tate and was supposed to see Doug Benson one time. Always was a great time and never had issues with drunks or rowdy crowds really. Has that comedy club feel with the small room and low ceiling. Got to see John Heffron just last weekend and I'll have to admit. Adeline was outstanding, she not only saw I came alone and definitely made sure I was okay and taken care of but she was super friendly, attentive, and Super Funny in her own unique style. With an amazing show from John Heffron and the fellow comedians before. Including the amazing service from the person at the window outside, to the hostess then down to Adeline, my server (Don't lose that one). It was definitely a 5 experience. Hope to stop by again soon.P.S. Adeline definitely was the reason the fifth star was earned in my opinion. My time here has always been amazing but she helped make my last trip there that much more. Open mic night is rough, you see the same comics over and over. So if you want to see the same show every week this is the place for you. I have enjoyed the main show's with headliner's. I go to have a good night and laugh. Not draw on napkins because the comics are so boring.
