Bao Boys - Ann Arbor Charter Township

A friend and I stopped by the Bao Boys food truck at the Ann Arbor Art Fair. We were a little disappointed there were only 4 bao options to choose from but we understood that the full menu for a large event would not be possible. There was an option not listed on the Bao Boys website which felt like a bonus. There were only 2 people working but things moved relatively fast. The food was delicious and I will be going to the main location to try other menu items. Vegetarian options: I got the Bao Mi which is a vegetarian option. It was really good.

I kept seeing these on TikTok and Instagram, so while I was in the area for work, I decided to stop and get some. I got the Chashu, Chicken Sausage, The Shorty, and the Shroomy Bao's. They did not disappoint! They were also super quick getting my order together. I don't even think I waited 10 minutes before they called my name. Totally worth it to stop and get some. Vegetarian options: They have a few options available Parking: They had a lot of business, plus there are other businesses sharing the lot so it was a little packed, but was able to find a place to park, so just depends on when you go.

Best Bao you can get in Ann Arbor. You owe it to yourself to try this bao.
