Sweetwaters Coffee Tea

Nice, quiet spot with a warm vibe. The staff is so friendly and nice. The coffee is so good, Thanks to the barista who made my coffee.

Drinks were great. Joey was super considerate and careful with our drinks and was just super kind.

Not as good as a real Sweetwaters, but the service was nice.

Best coffee shop I’ve been to! 100% stop in when you can! Their black coffee is like heaven and energy in a cup. And the variety of tea is unmatched! Plus their staff is AMAZING!

I received a gift card as a gift several years ago. I don't go to Kerrytown often so today when I went to Meijer I saw there is a Sweetwaters coffee. I think yea! I'm gonna use my gift card finally. So I order a coffee and we insert the card it doesn't work. nothing. We swipe the card, nothing over and over. So the young lady texts her manager and I go shopping. I come back and she said well this is a very old gift card and they gave people two years to switch over to their new form of gift cards. Since I never did that, my card is no longer good. I asked her how I would know I needed to change my gift card over to their new system, since I got it as a gift. So they didn't have my email or contact information. I have heard people talk about gift card scams. I've heard that there are gift cards that every year they deduct like 10% of the value of the gift card if you don't use it. I have never had that experience before. I use gift cards a lot. But I have never totally lost the entire value of a gift card before. I am going to be way more careful in the future. Now about the coffee, it was very good. However I do have a hard time justifying paying $4.60 for a small coffee. It was Carmel and it was good but $4.60 is a lot of money for coffee
